An Overview of Your Skin Care Treatment:

Your treatment will begin with a thorough intake and skin analysis to identify your concerns, skin Type, and conditions to create a skin care plan to correctly address your needs.

Treatment Steps:

Step One:
Pre-Cleanse

Removes surface-level dirt, oil, and makeup. This ensures the skin is fresh and ready for deeper cleansing.

Step Two:
Treatment Cleanse

A more targeted cleanse tailored to the client's skin type—such as a foaming, gel-based, or enzyme cleanser for deeper purification—or a more nourishing formula for hydration and balance. The second cleanse ensures the skin is fully prepped to absorb the active ingredients in the following treatment steps.

Step Three:
Exfoliation

A two step process that involves the removal of dead skin cells from the skin’s surface to promote a smoother, brighter complexion. This step helps to unclog pores, improve skin texture, and enhance the absorption of serums and treatments that follow.
Depending on your skin type and sensitivity, you will receive either manual, chemical exfoliation or a combination of the two.

Manual (Physical) Exfoliation – Uses a textured substance (such as scrubs with granules) to physically buff away dead skin cells. This method provides instant smoothness but should be used gently to avoid irritation, especially for sensitive skin.

Chemical Exfoliation – Uses acids or enzymes (like AHAs, BHAs, or fruit enzymes) to dissolve dead skin cells and encourage cell turnover. This method penetrates deeper than manual exfoliation and is ideal for addressing concerns like dullness, uneven texture, acne, and fine lines without the risk of abrasion.

Both methods help reveal fresher, healthier skin, and the choice between them depends on skin type, sensitivity, and desired results.

Step Four:
Extractions

Extractions in a facial refer to the process of manually or mechanically removing clogged pores, including blackheads, whiteheads, and other impurities from the skin. This step helps clear congestion, reduce breakouts, and improve skin texture.

Extractions can be performed using:

Manual techniques – Fingers wrapped in gauze or cotton to apply gentle pressure.

Tool-assisted methods – A comedone extractor or lancet device to safely remove blockages.

To minimize discomfort and reduce the risk of irritation, extractions are typically done after steaming or softening the skin with enzymatic treatments. Proper technique is essential to avoid scarring or inflammation.

Step Five:
Massage

Involves gentle, rhythmic movements to stimulate circulation, promote lymphatic drainage, and relieve facial tension and assist in product absorption.

Step Six:
Treatment Mask

A targeted step designed to address specific skin concerns by delivering concentrated ingredients to the skin. The mask is left on for 10-15 minutes to allow active ingredients to penetrate deeply, leaving the skin balanced, nourished, and revitalized.

Step Seven:
Finishing Products

The finishing step in a facial is the final stage where protective and nourishing products are applied to lock in the benefits of the treatment and protect the skin. These products include various serums, a moisturizer, SPF, eye and lip cream all specifically chosen to target your goals while maintaining the skin's natural protective barrier.

The treatment will conclude with an overview of the days session and plans for future professional treatments followed by home care recommendations.

Skin Care Packages and Pricing

Packages are non-refundable.

Package credits do not expire and can be shared between multiple clients.

Your chosen aromatherapy will be added to the warm steam used in the beginning of the treatment. Drops of essential oils will be mixed into a fragrance-free massage medium to be used during the massage portion of your treatment as well as drops added to the hot towels used during the session.

Aromatherapy Blends:

Uplifting:

A cheerful blend featuring bright notes of citrus, floral lavender, woodsy atlas, cedarwood and vetiver, topped off with a refreshing splash of spearmint.

Focus

A bright blend featuring sweet orange, lemon, lime, floral lavandin and grounding vetiver aromas.

Clearing:

A fresh, camphorus blend of balsam and pine, renewing citrus, purifying tea tree and manuka.

Bedtime:

A gentle blend of soothing lavender, renewing citrus, restoring frankincense and calming blue tansy essential oils.

The massage portion of your treatment will be performed using TheraReleaf CBD Salve with Arnica which helps to reduce pain, swelling and inflammation.

It is recommended to discontinue use of retinoids and other exfoliating products 3-5 days before your appointment.
Skin care treatments should NOT be undergone within 1 week of receiving Botox, fillers or other injections.
Treatments are NOT recommended for those with recently sunburned skin.
Please wait 4 weeks after receiving a tattoo/microblading to receive skin care treatments in that area(s).
If you are currently under the care of a Dermatologist, please consult with your doctor before undergoing any skin care treatments.
It is NOT recommended to shave within 24 hours of your appointment in the area(s) being treated.

Following a skin care treatment, it is best to avoid direct sun exposure for up to 1 week and it is recommended to wear an SPF at all times when outdoors regardless of duration or sun intensity.
In addition, you will also want to avoid any manual and/or chemical skin exfoliation for 1 week following your appointment.
